<p>Bollinger Special Cuvée is a very special cuvée from the renowned champagne house Bollinger.<br>It consists of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (15%) grapes from the last harvest and to about 80% of Grand- and Premier Crues.</p><p>Buy this wine because Special Cuvée is perfect shared among friends, for a simple and meaningful moment. Golden in colour with aromas of ripe fruit and spice, hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches with a palate combining structure, length and vivacity, velvety bubbles and notes of pear, brioche, spice and walnuts.</p><p>It pairs great with any fish, especially sushi and sashimi. Seafood is also a great match: shrimp, prawn, crayfish, grilled lobster. Poultry and white meat. Parmesan, good cured ham.</p>
