<p>The Chairman’s Reserve Rum was first produced in&nbsp;1999, under the supervision of&nbsp;'Chairman' Laurie Barnard.<br>This rum is&nbsp;supposed to&nbsp;represent the style of&nbsp;the St. Lucia Rums.</p><p>This unique rum is&nbsp;the first vintage in&nbsp;the Chairman’s Reserve brand’s new Vintage range.<br>The distillates come from two different stills: John Dore Pot Still and Coffey Still.<br>First, the rums are stored separately for 4 years in&nbsp;different barrels and then mature for another 10 years.</p><p><strong>Distilled: </strong>2009<br><strong>Bottled: </strong>2021</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Bright gold.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Pleasantly balanced, woody, complex, notes of&nbsp;honey, oranges, raisins, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, green apples.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Slightly sweet, oak, raisins, hints of&nbsp;vanilla, caramel.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, toffee.</p>
