<p>The Chairman’s Reserve Finest St. Lucia Rum THE FORGOTTEN CASKS is&nbsp;produced at&nbsp;the St. Lucia Distillery.<br>In&nbsp;May 2007 the distillery was partially destroyed by&nbsp;fire, but many rums were saved.<br>As&nbsp;the available storage rooms were too small to&nbsp;accommodate all the rum barrels, temporary places were used for this purpose.<br>Some of&nbsp;these rum barrels were rediscovered many years later&nbsp;— «The Forgotten Casks».</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Amber.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Icing sugar, vanilla, cucumber, sugar cane.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Fruity, dry, banana, notes of&nbsp;pepper, sweet cream.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, fruity.</p>
