<p>The English Harbour Madeira Cask Finish Batch 3 is a high-quality small-batch rum distilled in a 100% copper continuous still column. English Harbour Rum, which has been matured for five years, serves as the basis and is given an additional finish of 3 to 6 months in fine Malmsey and Bual Madeira casks. Older distillates are occasionally added to increase the complexity. The rum is not bottled chill-filtered, which preserves its pure character.<br><br>The rum is produced by the traditional Antigua Distillery, a fourth-generation family business that reflects the history and craftsmanship of Antigua. Bottled directly on the Antigua Single Estate, the rum benefits from longer maturation than usual. The Antigua Distillery has received numerous international awards for its premium rums, including double gold at the International Spirits Competition in San Francisco in 2005.</p>
