Opis
Master's Keep Voyage is an exceptional 106 proof 10 year old bourbon that has been matured in Jamaican rum casks for the first time in Wild Turkey's history. It was crafted by Master Distiller Eddie Russell in collaboration with Dr. Joy Spence, the Master Blender of Appleton Estate Rum, reflecting the expertise of two outstanding professionals.
With both having over 80 years of experience in spirits production, this bourbon combines the best aspects of bourbon and rum making.
To create this special spirit, Dr. Spence hand-selected barrels in which 14-year-old pot-still rum from Jamaica had previously been matured.
These barrels, which offer rich flavors, were selected for the strong caramel notes of Wild Turkey Bourbon.
After being brought to Wild Turkey Distilling Co. in Kentucky, they were filled with a batch of 10-year-old bourbon that had previously been aged in traditional No. 4 charcoal barrels.
