This is typically sold on or in most cases, destroyed. In a bid to combat this needless waste, Discarded has&nbsp;distilled&nbsp;this pomace&nbsp;into the base of our Grape Skin Vodka.<br><br>The second discarded ingredient in the Grape Skin Vodka is equally unique. One of the waste products created by dealcoholizing wine is what we call ‘wine alcohol’, which actually retains a lot of the flavour of the original grape. We instead wanted to celebrate the exquisite essence of this Chardonnay ‘wine alcohol’ by blending it into our Discarded Grape Skin Vodka – and thereby creating something totally new, innovative, sustainable, and utterly delicious.</p>
