We distill them&nbsp;then combine them with the Chardonnay wine alcohol from the wine de-alcoholisation process, giving you a luscious, fruit-forward vodka</p><p>The unique distilling process of this zero-waste vodka provides a crisp aroma of fresh green apple,&nbsp; which then move deeper into almond croissant notes, and a bright lychee lift. This is typically sold on or in most cases, destroyed. In a bid to combat this needless waste, Discarded has&nbsp;distilled&nbsp;this pomace&nbsp;into the base of our Grape Skin Vodka.<br><br>The second discarded ingredient in the Grape Skin Vodka is equally unique. One of the waste products created by dealcoholizing wine is what we call ‘wine alcohol’, which actually retains a lot of the flavour of the original grape. We instead wanted to celebrate the exquisite essence of this Chardonnay ‘wine alcohol’ by blending it into our Discarded Grape Skin Vodka – and thereby creating something totally new, innovative, sustainable, and utterly delicious.</p>
