<p>In the prestigious range of Angelo Gaja's labels, Sito Moresco is among the wines that express an immediate pleasantness to drink. It is produced in the Barbaresco area with Nebbiolo, to which it combines a small percentage of the fresh vivacity of Barbera and a soft and elegant touch of Merlot.</p><p>At the end of the fermentation process with maceration on the skins, the wine matures for about a year in oak barrels and completes the refinement with a few months in the bottle.</p><p>Dark ruby red in color, it has a bouquet dominated by fragrant notes of ripe red fruit, cherry, blackberry, shades of black cherry, floral and spicy hints. The taste is pleasantly rich, with a crunchy and expressive fruit, subtle and evolved tannins. The closure is fresh and savory.</p><p>To be paired with savory first courses and roasted white meats.</p>
