Inspired by the English countryside, this gin combines carefully selected botanicals that are typical of British hedgerow landscapes. These include sloes, blackberries and elderberries, which give the gin a natural fruitiness and depth.<br><br>This gin is based on the classic Cotswolds gin recipe with juniper, coriander seeds and angelica root, complemented by the fruity and floral notes of the hedgerow fruits.
