Inspired by the English countryside, this gin combines carefully selected botanicals that are typical of British hedgerow landscapes. These include sloes, blackberries and elderberries, which give the gin a natural fruitiness and depth.<br><br>This gin is based on the classic Cotswolds gin recipe with juniper, coriander seeds and angelica root, complemented by the fruity and floral notes of the hedgerow fruits. Distillation takes place in small batches in traditional copper stills, resulting in a smooth, aromatic and complex flavor profile.
