The signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt. Lightly peated balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Honey gold in colour with hints of red wine hues.

As a small-batch, handcrafted distiller there will always be slight variation between each batch depending on the composition of that particular bottling. 

Two Isle of Raasay spirits – peated and unpeated – are matured separately in first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks.

These six recipe casks marry together to create the perfect dram with real elegance, complexity and depth of character.

Every drop of spirit is distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay using water from our well: Tobar na Ba Bàine (the Well of the Pale Cow).

Tasting notes:
Color: Honey gold with hints of red wine hues.
Nose: Slightly mineral, earthy smoky, dried berries, subtle sea salt, oak, cinnamon.
Taste: Lightly peated balanced with rich dark fruit flavours, and juicy plums. 
Finish: Long lasting.
