<p>Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is located in Valtènesi, on the western shore of Lake Garda. The land was already highly praised by the poets of antiquity for its fertility and microclimate. This region is particularly suitable for the cultivation of vineyards, olive trees and lemon orchards.<br><br>Scolari Bellerica Rosé DOC ferments in steel tanks.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Light pink in the glass. Pleasant floral aroma with fruity notes of peaches and berries on the nose. Fresh and tasty on the palate with notes of berries. Long lasting on the finish.<br><br>Grape varieties: 50% Groppello Gentile and Groppello di Mocasina, 20% marzemino, 15% Sangiovese, 15% Barbera.<br>Soil: gravelly, poor, calcareous.<br>Residual sugar: 4,5 g/l.<br>Total extract: 27 g/l.<br>Serving temperature: 10-12°C.<br><br>Enjoy the wine with delicate pasta and rice dishes, white meat, baked fish, roasted and grilled vegetables.</p>
