<p>Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is located in Valtènesi, on the western shore of Lake Garda. The land was already highly praised by the poets of antiquity for its fertility and microclimate. This region is particularly suitable for the cultivation of vineyards, olive trees and lemon orchards.<br><br>The grapes for Scolari Prosecco di Treviso DOC Extra Dry are harvested at the end of September. This is followed by a gentle pressing and fermentation in steel tanks.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Straw yellow in the glass. Fruity, delicate and slightly aromatic with notes of acacia flowers and mountain honey on the nose. Soft and fresh on the palate, with a pleasant acidity. Long lasting on the finish.<br><br>Grape variety: Glera.<br>Residual sugar: 15 g/l.<br>Total acidity: 6 g/l.<br>Serving temperature: 7°C.<br><br>Enjoy the sparkling wine as an aperitif, with light fish dishes, pasta or risotto.</p>
