Opis
Ypióca is one of the best Brazilian cachaça and is distilled from sugar cane.
It then matures for at least two years in Frejus barrels, a special Brazilian wood variety, which gives it its unique taste.
The addition 'Envelhecida' (meaning 'old') indicates that at least 50% of the cachaça has matured for at least one year in a wooden container with a maximum capacity of 700 litres.
The bottling takes place in hand-woven Empalhada bast bottles.

Taste: Aromatic, soft, fruity, spicy.
