The Green Spot Chateau Montelena is aged in American Bourbon and Sherry barrels before receiving its finish in former Zinfandel wine barrels for 12 months.
This Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey belongs to the Wine Geese range and is the latest addition to the Green Spot Château Léoville Barton.
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Fruity, malty, sweet vanilla, white chocolate, marshmallows, red apples, ripe pears, cranberries, cherries.
Taste: Slightly spicy, fruity, malt, honey, citrus, red berries, hints of marzipan, toasted oak.
Finish: Long lasting, sweet, pleasant, dry.
