<p>This whiskey is&nbsp;a&nbsp;unique Irish speciality which is&nbsp;produced in&nbsp;the Pure Pot Still process.<br>It&nbsp;differs from other single malts in&nbsp;that a&nbsp;mixture of&nbsp;unmalted and malted barley is&nbsp;used.<br>This is&nbsp;followed by&nbsp;a&nbsp;triple distillation.<br>An&nbsp;8 year old whisky from Midleton is&nbsp;used, a&nbsp;quarter of&nbsp;which was stored in&nbsp;sherry casks.<br>The rest was stored in&nbsp;a&nbsp;Bourbon cask.</p><p>However, the bottle label does not state that it&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;pure Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey.</p><p><strong>Limited edition:</strong> 12.000 bottles.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>fruity, malty.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Slightly spicy, fruity, malt, honey.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, sweet, pleasant, dry.</p>
