Aged in Jerez de la Frontera in the cellar of the Empress Eugenia.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong></p><p>Light amber in color. Nutty and dry nuances of vanilla, mocha and dark chocolate. Dry and very concentrated, with a long and elegant finish.</p><p><strong>WHEN AND HOW TO ENJOY IT</strong></p><p>Serve at 13 - 14 ° C. Perfect with white meats, spicy dishes, smoked meats, foie gras, mushrooms, cheeses and spicy Asian cuisine.</p>
