<p><strong>DRY, SPICY AND SMOKED</strong><br>This Palo Cortado combines the finesse and delicacy of an Amontillado with the richness and boy of an Oloroso. Aged in Jerez de la Frontera in the cellar of the Empress Eugenia.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong></p><p>Light amber in color. Nutty and dry nuances of vanilla, mocha and dark chocolate. Dry and very concentrated, with a long and elegant finish.</p><p><strong>WHEN AND HOW TO ENJOY IT</strong></p><p>Serve at 13 - 14 ° C. Perfect with white meats, spicy dishes, smoked meats, foie gras, mushrooms, cheeses and spicy Asian cuisine.</p>
