The name of this whisky comes from the fact that good bartenders see and hear many stories and things, but these stories are never told by them.
John Mulgrew, was such a bartender, a «The Quiet Man» or as they say in Irish «An Fuir Ciuin».
The Quiet Man AN FEAR CIUIN 12 Year Old SHERRY FINISHED matures for 12 years in Bourbon barrels and then gets a finish in Oloroso sherry barrels.
Colour: gold with copper accents.
Nose: sweet, fruity, raisins, ripe bananas, honey, notes of brittle, toasted almonds.
Flavour: sweet-spicy, dried fruit, apricots, dates, strawberry jam, notes of figs, malt.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy, chocolate.
