<p>The name of this whisky comes from the fact that good bartenders see and hear many stories and things, but these stories are never told by them.<br>John Mulgrew, was such a bartender, a «The Quiet Man» or as they say in Irish «An Fuir Ciuin».</p><p>The Quiet Man AN CULCHISTE 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey matures for 12 years in selected Kentucky Bourbon casks.<br>The bottling is done without cold filtration.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Light straw gold.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> freshly baked brownies, butter, honey, notes of pudding.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Orange peel, notes of chocolate, black pepper.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, oak, honey.</p>
