<p>The Old Pulteney malt whisky liqueur Stroma takes its name from the windy island of Orcadian on the north-east coast off Scotland, where the Pulteney distillery is located. Stroma is the Old Norse word for "island in the current" and also refers to the dangerous currents on the shore of the island.&nbsp;</p><p>Even on the bottle the motto is reflected in the form of a mighty wave.</p><p>Stroma has been available on the market since December 2013. It is a blend of multi-award-winning Old Pulteney whiskies.&nbsp;</p><p>This whisky liqueur contains all the know-how of Old Pulteney Manager Malcolm Waring.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Colour: Amber.</li><li>Nose: toffee, fruit, hints of sherry.</li><li>Taste: Smooth, sweet, robust, warm, fruity.</li><li>Finish: Long lasting, warm.</li></ul><p>Stroma is served pure or on ice.</p>
