<p>The Signatory Vintage DALMORE 12 Years Old 2014/2026 is an independently bottled Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the renowned Dalmore Distillery. Distilled in 2014, this single malt was selected by independent bottler Signatory Vintage in 2026, after a total of 12 years of maturation, for its well-known The Un-Chillfiltered Collection. For its final maturation, the whisky received a finish in two first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, cask numbers #3 and #6. This cask selection combines Dalmore's characteristic Highland style with a pronounced Oloroso sherry influence, lending the bottling additional depth, spice, and structure.<br><br>The Dalmore 12 Years Old Signatory Vintage is bottled at 46% ABV and, in keeping with the series' concept, without chill filtration. The Oloroso finish adds distinctive accents without completely masking the fundamental character of the single malt. Fruity citrus notes mingle with darker sherry, chocolate, and roasted aromas, along with an increasingly dry oak spice.
