The result is a genre-bending spirit that pairs British gin craftsmanship with Mexican distilling heritage.</p><p>The Blue Weber agave spirit brings a gentle sweetness and a subtle, earthy undertone to the gin, layering an exotic dimension over the traditional juniper backbone.
