Produced using the traditional Metodo Classico, the classic bottle fermentation method, this exceptional Vino Spumante di Qualità (V.S.Q.) combines finesse, complexity and remarkable precision. The long ageing on the lees gives this premium Italian sparkling wine a fine perlage and impressive depth.<br><br>The Turbiana and Chardonnay grape varieties are used for the cuvée. The grapes come from the vineyards around the southern shores of Lake Garda, where the special microclimate ensures optimal ripening conditions.
