<p>The Villa Sandi La Rivetta 120 Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut 11.5% ABV in a 0.75 l bottle is an elegant and exceptionally finely structured Prosecco Superiore DOCG from Italy, which impressively reflects the excellence of the renowned hills of Valdobbiadene. Produced by the traditional Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco comes from the sunniest sites in the famous Prosecco region. The Glera grape variety lends this Italian sparkling wine its elegant freshness, delicate fruitiness and characteristic lightness. The calcareous moraine soils, with their clay and calcareous clay components, also provide minerality and a precise structure.</p><p>The vineyards are cultivated using the double-arch system with around 2,500 vines per hectare, with the yield deliberately limited to a maximum of 120 quintals of grapes per hectare to ensure the highest quality. Following the gentle pressing of whole grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 15–16 °C. The Extra Brut Prosecco then matures on the fine lees for around 120 days, resulting in its fine perlage and elegant creaminess. With an alcohol content of 11.5% ABV, Villa Sandi La Rivetta 120 Valdobbiadene DOCG is particularly fresh, precise and dry.
