<p>The Louis Roederer Champagne Collection 245 12.5% ABV, presented in a 1.5-litre magnum bottle with a gift box, is an exceptionally elegant and complex champagne from France that impressively embodies the modern vision of the renowned House of Louis Roederer. With its ‘Collection’ range, this traditional house takes an uncompromising approach to sustainability, terroir expression and precise vintage character. The Collection 245 is based 55% on the 2020 vintage, which was characterised by dry conditions, exceptional ripeness and aromatic concentration. The cuvée is complemented by 35% Réserve Perpétuelle and 10% reserve wines aged in French oak.</p><p>The grapes come from the historic core regions of Champagne – one third each from the ‘la Rivière’, ‘la Montagne’ and ‘la Côte’ areas. Particularly chalky soils and carefully selected plots lend this premium Champagne its characteristic freshness, depth and minerality. The Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grape varieties form the basis of this multi-layered composition. The Louis Roederer Collection 245 matured for almost four years in the house’s cellars, developing its impressive structure and aromatic complexity. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., this multi-vintage Champagne is powerful, precise and exceptionally harmonious.</p>
