<p>Justino's Madeira 10 Years Old VERDELHO 19% ABV 0.75 l is an elegant, characterful Madeira fortified wine from Portugal that impressively reflects the classic style of the historic island of Madeira. Produced by the renowned Justino Henriques winery, this high-quality Madeira DOP stands for balance, freshness and aromatic depth. Made from 100% Verdelho grapes, this style is one of the semi-dry varieties of Madeira wine and impresses with its structure, complexity and elegant spice.</p><p>The grapes come from vines aged between 20 and 25 years, growing on loamy and clayey soils of volcanic origin at an altitude of around 700 metres. Following careful harvesting and selection, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This Verdelho Madeira then matures for around ten years in used wooden casks, during which time it develops its characteristic complexity. The final cuvée is created from several separately vinified wines, each of which has matured for at least ten years in wooden casks. With an alcohol content of 19% ABV, this Madeira fortified wine is harmonious, well-balanced and versatile.</p>
