<p>The Bladnoch ALINTA Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 43.4% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is a special bottling from the traditional Bladnoch Distillery and is also the distillery's first and only peated quality. Located in the Scottish Lowlands, the distillery is one of the oldest single malt Scotch whisky distilleries still in production in Scotland and is known for its elegant, mostly unpeated Lowland whiskies. With the Bladnoch Alinta, however, the distillery presents an unusual interpretation of its house style and expands its portfolio with a peated Lowland single malt Scotch whisky.<br><br>The Bladnoch Alinta is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a complex combination of sweet cask notes, floral nuances and smoky accents. This special cask combination gives the Lowland single malt whisky additional depth and structure. The whisky is bottled at 43.4% without colorant (natural color), which preserves the natural character of the whisky. The result is a multi-layered peated single malt Scotch whisky that combines the elegant Lowland style with an expressive smoky component.</p>
