Produced by the traditional house of Camus Cognac, known for its innovative barrel concepts and precision craftsmanship, this small batch Cognac combines classic production methods with modern barrel finishing. The second batch of this edition impresses with its intense fruitiness and multi-layered structure.<br><br>It is matured in the traditional Camus style in small, lightly toasted oak barrels, resulting in a fine balance of wood, fruit and elegance. The Cognac then receives its characteristic finish in selected small tawny port barrels, which lends additional depth in aroma, color and texture. This combination of classic maturation and port cask finish creates a particularly complex and harmonious style. With an alcohol content of 43.2%, the Cognac Small Batch is deliberately bottled slightly stronger in order to bring out the intense aromas in the best possible way.
