It was matured in Amarone wine casks and so-called Rotspon wine casks. The term Rotspon is a historical German term for red cask wine and traditionally refers to red wine that was transported or stored in casks. This unusual cask combination gives the Mackmyra Fusion Whisky an intense aroma with pronounced fruity notes and an elegant wine character. This limited edition Swedish whisky is bottled at 47.3% vol., non-chill-filtered and without the addition of colorants, which means that the natural character of the whisky is fully preserved.</p>
