<p>The Poli Brandy Italiano 40% vol. 0.7 l in tin box is a fine Italian brandy that is produced in the traditional Poli distillery in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa. Since 1898, the Poli family business has stood for perfect craftsmanship, authentic distilling skills and a passion for creating high-quality distillates from exquisite raw materials. This Brandy Italiano combines traditional production methods with characterful maturity, reflecting the heart of Italian distilling.<br><br>The raw material used is high-quality Trebbiano di Soave wine, whose fine aroma and balanced acidity structure form the ideal basis for this brandy. The production method is based on artisanal distillation using a discontinuous water bath process with a traditional copper still. This process is carried out in small production batches to ensure the highest quality and maximum preservation of aromas. Poli Brandy Italiano then matures for three years in oak barrels, where it acquires its golden color, depth and smooth structure.</p>
