This Gran Añejo rum is composed from carefully selected distillates from Guatemala and Belize and embodies the characteristic style of Planteray Rum. The premium rum is first matured for three years in ex-bourbon barrels in Central America, where the climate and storage conditions ensure depth, structure and aromatic richness.<br><br>It is then transported to the cellars of Maison Ferrand in France, where the rum is given an additional finish in ex-Cognac barrels.
