<p>The Foursquare RUM CLUB PRIVATE SELECTION Barbados Single Cask Rum 2016 64.2% Vol. 0.5 l is a strictly limited single cask bottling that impressively demonstrates why the Foursquare Distillery on Barbados is one of the most prestigious rum distilleries in the world. With only 343 bottles worldwide, this rum is one of the most exclusive rarities in the RumClub Private Selection range and was presented as Edition 57 especially for the German Rum Festival.<br><br>Distilled in 2016 by Master Distiller Richard Seale, this rum initially matured for a full eight years under tropical conditions in Barbados, where it developed intense aromas and depth. In 2024, the barrel began its extraordinary journey on the sailing ship "Tres Hombres", which brought it to Europe with zero emissions. There, the rum was matured for an additional year in a cooler climate before being bottled after a total of nine years at cask strength at a powerful 64.2% vol.<br><br>RumClub Private Selection Ed. 57 combines tropical intensity with continental elegance, making it a unique masterpiece. It was bottled without chill filtration and without additives, which makes it particularly authentic.</p>
