This region is considered the 1er Cru de Cognac, the highest classification within the appellation, known for its chalky soils and its incomparably fine aroma spectrum.<br><br>The Sélection des Anges matures for over 30 years in selected French oak barrels, giving it exceptional depth, balance and elegance. During the long maturation period, part of the cognac - the so-called "angel's share" (Sélection des Anges) - evaporates, allowing the remaining liquid to develop a particularly concentrated, complex aroma.<br><br>Made from the best Ugni Blanc grapes from the Grande Champagne region, this cognac combines traditional craftsmanship with precise ageing. The result is a multi-layered, silky-smooth cognac with impressive length and finesse.</p>
