For the first 7 years, it matures in bourbon barrels, resulting in an expressive ester content of 47 g/hL.<br>It is then aged for 4 years in FERRAND barrels to refine and balance its aromas. Finally, this rum receives its characteristic finish over 1 year in Marsala casks and is bottled with a dosage of 0 g/L.<br><br>This maturation gives the rum a multi-faceted taste characteristic and a special note.</p>
