The whisky comes from a single cask, a classic sherry butt, which is known for its intense and structurally defining wood influence. This type of cask is closely associated with the traditional style of Glenfarclas and gives the whisky depth, complexity and maturity. This single cask Scotch whisky was bottled without chill-filtration and without the addition of colorants, thus fully preserving the natural cask maturation.
