<p>Casa Paladin, an established Italian winery in the Veneto region and specifically in the DOCG area of Valpolicella, was founded in the 1960s by Carlo Paladin. The winery's philosophy is to combine traditional winemaking methods with modern techniques in order to highlight the characteristics of the regional terroir. It uses a mixture of traditional methods and state-of-the-art technology to ensure the quality and consistency of its wines.<br><br>The winery's Pinot Grigio, also known as Pinot Gris, is characterized by its straw-yellow color and fine structure, whereby a strict selection of the grapes is crucial.<br>The wine is matured in steel tanks and sealed with a natural cork.</p>
