<p>The Kilchoman 100% Islay The 15th Edition with 50% volume and 0.7 liter content is a limited annual edition from the young but already highly regarded Kilchoman Distillery on Islay. This series is unique as the whisky is produced 100% on the island - from growing the barley to malting, distilling, maturing and bottling. It therefore embodies the pure "farm-to-bottle" concept and is an authentic expression of Islay terroir.<br><br>The 15th edition was created from a combination of 21 casks, consisting of fino sherry casks and first fill bourbon barrels. This cask selection ensures a complex combination of fresh citrus notes, sweet malt, delicate sherry notes and the maritime peat smoke typical of Kilchoman.
