Inspired by the legend of the Mayan god Ehécatl, the god of the wind, this rum embodies the power, lightness and movement of the wind in a unique interplay of flavors.<br><br>Only selected rum was used for this strictly limited edition, which was allowed to mature for a total of 15 years: Initially 13 years in ex-bourbon barrels, before being refined for a further two years in a special warehouse with a unique microclimate. This special ageing process shapes the complex character of Cihuatán Viento and makes it a masterpiece of Salvadoran rum craftsmanship.
