<p>Poli Bassano del Grappa 24 Carati Oro is a fine, handcrafted grappa from the traditional Poli Distillerie in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., this grappa stands for the highest Italian art of distillation, passion and decades of experience in the refinement of fine grape marc brandies.<br><br>The raw material is a pomace cuvée made from typical Veneto grape varieties, which forms the basis for its harmonious, complex character. The artisanal distillation takes place in small copper stills using the steam flow method, a traditional method that enables a particularly gentle separation of the aromas and thus preserves the freshness and elegance of the grapes. The grappa is then patiently matured in the company's underground cellars, giving it its golden color and smooth, finely structured texture.<br><br>Poli 24 Carati Oro embodies the quintessence of the Italian art of distilling - elegant, aromatic and full of personality.
