<p>Botafogo White Rum is a harmonious blend from two of the most important rum regions in the Caribbean: the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. With an alcohol content of 40% vol. and bottled in a 0.7-liter bottle, it combines the lightness and mildness of Dominican rums with the intense, aromatic power of Jamaican pot still rums.</p><p>This white rum is made from carefully selected molasses rums, which are distilled in both column stills and pot stills. The result is a clear, fresh and at the same time complex rum that is characterized by its versatility. It has a pleasant balance of fruity, slightly sweet notes and spicy undertones, making it an ideal all-rounder for cocktails.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><p>Color: Crystal clear.<br>Nose: Slightly floral with hints of sugar cane, vanilla and white flowers.<br>Taste: Mild, soft and fresh with notes of fine sugar, citrus and a hint of tropical fruit.<br>Finish: Short to medium length, clean and dry with a subtly fruity finish.<br><br>Botafogo White Rum is perfect for classic cocktails such as mojito, daiquiri or piña colada.
