After a gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in pressure tanks using the Charmat method. The result is a lively, finely sparkling Prosecco with refreshing fruit, a clear style, and youthful elegance – ideal for uncomplicated enjoyment with a touch of dolce vita.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><p>In the glass, Canella LIDO Prosecco presents a light straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage.
