Produced by the renowned sparkling wine house Henkell Freixenet, this finely bubbly sparkling wine is based on an exclusive cuvée of 100% white grape varieties – primarily Chardonnay, complemented by other select white wines. The name "Blanc de Blancs" refers to this varietal purity and underscores the elegant style.<br><br>The grapes come from international vineyards and are carefully selected and gently pressed. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness and aromas. The base wine then undergoes a second fermentation using the Charmat method (tank fermentation) to develop a particularly fine, persistent mousse. Reserve wines from previous vintages are also blended, guaranteeing the typical Henkell style with consistent quality.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><p>In the glass, the Blanc de Blancs presents a light straw yellow with fine, lively perlage. The bouquet offers aromas of green apple, ripe pear, citrus, and white blossoms, underscored by a hint of nutmeg and mirabelle plum.
