Made from 100% malted barley and triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, this whiskey matures for 11 years – exclusively in first fills of European oak casks previously filled with Oloroso sherry.<br><br>With an alcohol content of 43% ABV, this version impresses with its harmony, character, and depth – significantly more mature than The Sexton's well-known NAS classic. The distinctive, hexagonal black bottle remains, but in this edition represents a fuller-bodied, more mature, and more velvety expression of Irish whiskey.
