<p>The Weiss winery in idyllic Gols in the district of Neusiedl am See combines tradition and innovation to produce wines of unique quality. As a certified organic winery, they use sustainable farming methods and take various needs into account. Their range includes vegan, fructose and sorbitol-tested wines as well as wines with a residual histamine value of less than 0.1 mg/l and, more recently, histamine-free wines.<br><br>This commitment to sustainable production and individual needs makes Weingut Weiss a pioneer in the wine industry.<br><br>Weingut Christian &amp; Thomas Weiss Zweigelt Classic is made from 100% fully ripe Zweigelt grapes and matures in steel tanks to preserve its intense aromas and fruity notes. After maturing, the wine is bottled and securely sealed with a natural cork.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><p>Dark red in the glass. Typical Zweigelt on the nose, fruity aromas of ripe sour cherries and plums, accompanied by notes of violets. Juicy, soft, ripe sour cherries and rounded tannins on the palate. Long lasting finish.<br><br>Residual sugar: 1.0 g/l<br>Residual histamine content: 0.06 mg/l<br>Serving temperature: 16 °C<br><br>This Zweigelt is the ideal accompaniment to ragout dishes, game and wild fowl as well as grilled beef. It is also an excellent accompaniment to dark or white meat and adds a special touch to any dish.</p>
