Its production is primarily made from vinified Moscato grapes from the renowned Langhe region, with the grape skins also being incorporated into the process. After a long and slow fermentation, distillation follows immediately to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes.<br><br>The grape brandy is gently distilled in copper stills in a water bath, resulting in a particularly gentle processing. The young Uve di Langa then rests for an extended period in stainless steel containers, allowing it to develop its characteristic balance and aroma.
