After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.<br><br>Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti VALDOBBIADENE is a refined and festive expression of the Glera grape variety, which thrives in the renowned hills of the Valdobbiadene area.
