<p>The Château Latour Premier Grand Cru Classé Pauillac 2015 is an outstanding representative of Bordeaux wines and comes from one of the region's most renowned wine estates. Château Latour, with a history dating back to the 14th century, is located in the heart of the Médoc and is known for its powerful and long-lasting wines. The 2015 cuvée consists of 97.1% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.6% Merlot and 0.3% Petit Verdot and was bottled with an alcohol content of 13% vol.<br><br>The 2015 vintage benefited from ideal weather conditions, which allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly. The harvest took place between September 15 and October 10. Only around 30% of the harvest was used for the Grand Vin, which underlines the strict selection and quality standards of the estate. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of blackcurrants, blackberries and plums, accompanied by notes of roses, dark chocolate, garrigue, menthol and a hint of sandalwood. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, with a taut, muscular fruit structure, supported by very firm, smooth, rounded tannins and an impressive freshness that leads to a seductive, earthy and mineral finish.<br><br>This wine is an ideal accompaniment to red meat, game dishes and mature cheeses. Its structure and depth make it a perfect partner for festive occasions and special moments. Due to its high ageing potential of at least 30 years, it is also an excellent investment or gift for wine lovers.</p>
