Its secret lies in the 'Méthode Traditionnelle', an elaborate production process that Austria's oldest sparkling wine producer has been carefully cultivating and cautiously developing since 1842.<br><br>In this process, a sparkling speciality matures from pure Austrian top wine: this is how the moussing delicacies of the highest quality are created.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>In the glass pink with golden reflexes and elegantly sparkling, with a markedly lively character. In the nose flowery with clearly noticeable Burgundy notes. At the palate harmonious, after brioche and bread crust, dried fruit with a soft and creamy texture.
