<p>In the picturesque countryside of Riegersburg in Styria, Alois Gölles is the third generation to run the traditional family fruit-growing business. After graduating from the renowned Federal College for Wine and Fruit Growing in Klosterneuburg, he dedicated himself to refining his parents' harvest of apples, pears, plums and peaches. His entry into the distillation of fine brandies began in 1979, followed by the founding of his manufactory for high-quality vinegar in 1984. Today, the range includes around twenty fine brandies and just as many types of vinegar, which regularly receive recognition.<br><br>Gölles quince brandy is carefully matured in glass balloons over a period of 2 years. Its unmistakable aromas are created by the essential oils in the quince, which beguile with fine honey notes and the scent of ripe citrus fruits. This gives the quince brandy an incredible taste and aroma that takes the senses on a seductive journey.</p>
